Intermediate and Advance Judo

DESCRIPTION OF COURSE: Instruction and practice in the Intermediate/Advance skills of the Sport: Judo.  Course will cover the terminology, etiquette along with throwing, grappling and submission techniques, with integration of various Katas (forms), Randori (free exercise).  Requirements for rank promotion will be covered.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS: Participation (Scorekeeping and Timing) in 2 local tournaments. (Promotional candidates: Yonkyu to Nidan).
